Fenides
Built around a serious dive program, with photographers in mind.
The Experience
A Day Aboard Fenides
The anchor chain rattles up before first light. By the time guests reach the deck with coffee, the morning dive site has been briefed and the tender is ready. With a crew of fifteen looking after up to eleven guests, no one is queuing for a dive guide or for tank changes. Briefings are tailored to who is in the water that morning, which makes the difference on the more demanding sites where buddy pairs need to know exactly what the current is going to do.
Afternoons run slower. Some guests return to the camera room to sort the morning's frames at one of the six edit desks, climate-controlled and laid out for actual workflow. Others take the second tender to a beach the crew has set up for the afternoon, with chairs in the shade and cold drinks on hand. Evenings settle around dinner under the equatorial sky, with an Indonesian chef who learns guest preferences in the first day and cooks accordingly for the rest of the trip.

Technical Specifications
Dive Operations
Fenides is owned by a company with a long-standing track record as a dive resort operator. That operational background is what guests feel on board: the dive deck is laid out for fast turnarounds, equipment is stocked for the full guest complement, and the crew works the dive schedule around the conditions, not the timetable. Dawn and night dives run when the site rewards them.
Accommodation
Five Private Spaces
The two double cabins sit on the upper deck. Panoramic windows on either side, the same light-wood-and-white palette that runs through the rest of the boat, and good cross-ventilation when the breeze cooperates. The master cabin and two twin cabins are on the lower deck. The master is the largest of the five, with a double bed plus a single day bed, en-suite bathroom, and independent climate control.
All five cabins are en-suite with hot-water showers and the same quality linen. Each has its own air conditioning system, which matters on still nights at anchor when guests want the temperature set exactly where they want it.
The kind of anchorage you find yourself describing to people years later, knowing they will not quite believe it.
The Team
Meet the Crew
A crew of fifteen for up to eleven guests means more than one crew member per guest. Dive-qualified crew know the regular sites and current patterns. The chef cooks fresh, three meals a day, and learns guest preferences quickly.
