Frequently Asked
When is the best time to charter?
Raja Ampat is best from October to April when seas are calm and visibility peaks. Komodo shines from April to November. The Banda Sea has short windows in April and October. We will match your dates to the right destination, and tell you if your window suits a different region better.
What's included in charter rates?
Charter rates typically include the yacht and full crew, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages, fuel for the planned itinerary, diving and water sports equipment, park permits and anchorage fees, and Starlink WiFi. Premium wines and spirits, special provisioning, crew gratuity (10 to 15% customary), and flights are additional. Inclusions vary slightly per yacht; the proposal we send will list exactly what is and is not covered for the vessel quoted.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak windows (July and August, December and January) often book twelve months ahead. For the best selection, six to twelve months out is the right range. Last-minute availability is sometimes possible in shoulder seasons, and we can usually tell you within a day what is realistic for the dates you have in mind.
Can you help with flights and logistics?
Yes. Domestic flights, seaplane transfers, pre-charter and post-charter hotels, and airport meet-and-greets are all part of what we coordinate. Many guests build a Bali stay on either side of the charter for decompression.
