For Yacht Owners
Whether you are placing a yacht in the charter market to offset ownership costs or considering a sale, our work is specific to Indonesia and to the people chartering here.
Indonesian waters carry their own requirements: cruising permits, charter licenses, crew availability, and seasonal positioning. We have worked through these with the owners we represent.
Owner Services
- Charter program guidance and market positioning
- Introductions to crew agents and management partners
- Regulatory and operational guidance
- Itinerary planning and seasonal advice
Indonesia's charter season runs October to April in Raja Ampat and April to November in Komodo. Yachts that arrive with the right crew and a clear seasonal calendar tend to fill weeks faster than those positioned ad hoc.
For Buyers
Buying a yacht for Indonesian cruising is different from buying for the Mediterranean or the Caribbean. Draft, range, and crew availability all matter differently here. Each yacht we represent has been on the water with us.

Buyer Services
- Yacht search and evaluation
- Sea trials and surveys coordination
- Purchase negotiation
- Post-purchase support and crew introductions
Independent Advice
Our advice is independent. We turn down yachts that do not fit the Indonesian market, and we steer buyers away from vessels that will not deliver in the cruising they have in mind. We say so even when the yacht is one we represent.
Our Standards
- Yachts join our program based on condition, crew, and operational record
- IYBA brokerage standards apply to every charter and sale we represent
- Charter agreements reflect the specific trip and yacht, not a template
- Our reputation rides on the trip, not the transaction
